Practical Information

  • Yes. Although they are not allowed on the plane, they can be checked at the gate similar to buggies and prams.

  • Yes, the 4 seater wagons are accepted on the bus, train, or tram when folded.

    However, 6 seaters should not be taken on the bus.

  • Yes. They are allowed at most indoor and outdoor venues in the UK.

  • The Beetle (4 Passengers) fits in the boot of most SUV and medium sized cars.

    The rear axle and wheels can be removed for an ultra compat fold (12kg, 65 × 70 × 30 cm)

  • Most definitely!

  • Anyone with a baby unable to support his/her own head.

    Anyone living in a flat with a very small lift and without ground level storage should reconsider getting a wagon.

  • It is strongly advised not to run or jog while pushing or pulling a stroller wagon. Our wagons are highly durable, but the increased weight of 4 passengers makes it more likely to lose control while running.

Product & Accessories

  • 1. Engage the brake pedal before placing children inside.

    2. Ensure all children are secured with the 5-point harness before moving.

    3. While the wagon is in motion, prevent children from standing up or leaning outside.

    4. Never leave the wagon unattended.

    5. Do not run or jog with the wagon.

    6. Exercise caution on steep hills due to the increased weight of the passengers. When unsure, engage the break pedal and seek assistance – our dual handlebar system is designed precisely for this situation.

  • Almost there. We are actively working on it and should have our first 2 seater available soon.

  • The weight limit is exceptionally high. Nevertheless, we recommend up to 5-7 years old when carrying 4 children as older children may feel the space is too confined. When carrying 1 or 2 children, the age limit is higher depending on their size.

  • Not yet, but we are actively working on an infant car seat adapter.

  • Most definitely! Dogs absolutely love riding in our wagons. We do recommend that you secure the lead with our special harness clip while in motion.

  • Yes. The wagons come with 7 storage options.

  • Yes! 🎨 We create customised banners for your wagon that can feature anything you’d like. Let your imagination run wild!

  • Fabric: The fabric is removeable and machine washable. It is also replaceable. For hand cleaning, use mild soap and warm water solution and air dry.

    Frame: Clean with a soft towel, lukewarm water and mild cleaning solution. Be sure to wipe off any remaining water with a dry cloth.

    Wheels: Clean regularly with water and remove any dirt. Be sure to wipe off any remaining water with a dry cloth.

  • Although we provide a comfortable 95-degree seating angle, the seats are fixed and cannot be reclined at this time. However, the seats are fully detachable, allowing children to lay flat inside. With an internal width of 60 cm x 80 cm, it provides a spacious and cozy resting area.

Returns & Warranties

  • If you’ve changed your mind, you are free to cancel your order within 2 business days for a full refund.

    If you are past the 2 business days theshold, contact us on whatsapp or by email urgently to see if it is still possible to cancel and we will do our best to accomodate you.

  • All customers can return our products within 30 days of receipt for any reason.

    If the product is not in new condition, or not in its original packaging, or past the 30 day return window, we may still accomodate your return, but will charge a restocking fee..

  • Yes! Your product is covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

    If the product becomes defective, and it was used as intended, we will repair the issue free of charge.

  • Worry not. Aside from the main frame, all of our products are fully modular, so you can often solve the issue at home by following our instruction videos.

    If the issue is too complex, we can arrange to have the product collected and repaired for a small fee.
