Return Policy

You can return products purchased on our website within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Wagons and accessories must be returned within 30 days of receipt (inclusive).

2. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

3. Wagons must be in new or very lightly used condition. Acceptable light usage includes minimal wear on wheels.

4. All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included.

5. Returns will be inspected upon receipt. If the wagon shows significant dirt, damage, wear and tear, missing parts or packaging, the return may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

Restrocking fees are:

  • 10% Restocking Fee: Wheels show wear, or packaging missing, or return collection window is missed

  • 20% Restocking Fee: Any part of the product comes back dirty

  • 50% Restocking Fee: Product is missing parts and/or has damaged parts

  • 100% Restocking Fee: Product is damaged beyond repair

6. Customized or personalized accessories cannot be returned.

7. Wagons that have been altered or modified in any way cannot be returned.

8. Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment.

9. Returns that appear to be part of an abuse pattern, such as repeated returns from a network of users, or from the same region, may be rejected.

10. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who abuse the return policy.

Exceptions and Unauthorized Returns:

  • If an item is returned after the 30-day window or without prior approval, Petit Wagon reserves the right to refuse the return. In these cases, a minimum 10% restocking fee will apply.

  • If a return is requested but the courier collection window is missed by the customer, or if pre-paid labels are not used within 7 days, Petit Wagon reserves the right to refuse the return or to apply a minimum 10% restocking fee.

  • The 30-day return policy does not apply to customers re-purchasing the same item online, purchasing at a tradeshow or event, or purchasing from a third party retailer.

  • Customers outside the UK and EU do not qualify for this policy. Returns will be subject to the statutory requirements of their country.
