Warranty Policy

We highly value your satisfaction and offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

We will either repair or replace any defects impacting the functionality of a new product purchased from Petit Wagon or its authorized sellers.

  1. For all claims, a sales receipt or order number, along with photos or videos of the issue, is required when submitting any warranty claims.

  2. For claims in regards to missing parts or cosmetic damage, customers must contact us within 14 days from delivery date.

  3. For any claims regarding missing or wrong items, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery date.

  4. For any claims regarding a manufacturer defect, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the part or product at no charge to you. In some instances, we will request the damaged part be sent back to our warehouse for inspection. If the part is not shipped within two weeks of receiving the return label, the warranty for your product will be null and void for the remainder of the warranty period.

  5. For any claims arising from outside the UK, you will be responsible for export and import VAT and shipping cost of your replacement parts.

Some exclusions apply which would void or do not apply to the warranty. These exclusions include but are not limited to:

  1. Failure to follow the instructions, warning labels, or usage recommendations provided in the user manual or on the packaging may void the warranty. For example, damage to the handlebar(s) caused by pushing down to lift the front of the wagon instead of pulling up as instructed in the manual will not be covered.

  2. Damage due to misuse, neglect, abuse, and alterations

  3. Damage caused by corrosion, mold, rust, sun intensity, sweat, detergents, sunscreen, damp storage, frequent washing, improper maintenance, improper storage, or failure to keep dry

  4. Exceeding weight restrictions

  5. Dropping the item

  6. Damage resulting from an accident, freight, or air transportation


If your warranty has expired, you can still order replacement parts and follow instruction videos for repairing the issue. We also provide, at our sole discretion, a collection and repair service applicable for the life of your product.

We want our customers to enjoy our products fully and firmly caution them against buying from an unauthorized dealer.
